I’m excited to introduce the ReFramed podcast, where I share my journey as a photographer and business coach. This platform allows me to pass on the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered over the years, with the goal of helping others succeed in their creative and entrepreneurial endeavors.
My Journey in Photography:
My passion for photography began at 16 when I bought my first camera before a summer trip to Switzerland. That trip sparked a lifelong love for capturing moments. In college, I deepened my skills, exploring film and digital photography, and experimenting with various genres like real estate and weddings.
Transitioning to Professional Photography:
After college, I realized that the corporate world wasn’t for me. I chose to pursue photography full-time, freelancing while raising a family. Though the journey had its challenges, including pricing and client management, it led me to where I am today.
Pivoting to a Luxury Business Model:
In 2020, I decided to elevate my photography business by building a photo studio and refining my business model. I transitioned to offering a luxury, high-touch client experience, which significantly boosted my income and attracted a higher-end clientele.
Coaching and Mentorship:
As my business grew, I began receiving inquiries from other photographers wanting to know how I did it. This inspired me to start offering coaching and mentorship. Today, I run a successful coaching business, helping other photographers and entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses.
The Future of Reframed:
The Reframed podcast is my way of reaching more people, sharing my story, and offering valuable advice to photographers and entrepreneurs. I invite you to join me each week as I continue to share insights and experiences to help you achieve your business goals.
